  2. Respectful Responses and Quiet Hours: When you open a message, make an effort to respond. Treat everyone in the group with respect and kindness. Refrain from posting in the group between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM unless it’s a genuine emergency.
  3. Integrity and Respect: Refrain from berating or criticizing others within the group. Maintain a positive and respectful atmosphere.
  4. Language Etiquette: Use appropriate language. Offensive or foul language is prohibited.
  5. No Personal Attacks: Explicitly state that personal attacks, insults, or derogatory comments are not allowed. Encourage constructive discussions.
  6. Privacy and Confidentiality: Remind members not to share personal information or confidential details within the group. Respect everyone’s privacy.
  7. No Forwarding Messages: Discourage forwarding messages from the group to other chats without permission. Respect the group’s boundaries.
  8. Avoid Political, Racial, and Sexual Content: Steer clear of discussions related to politics, race, and sex unless the group is specifically designated for those topics.
  9. Admin Rights: The group admins have the authority to block or mute members who violate these rules.
  10. Official Complaints/Queries: These must be sent to the trustees and managing agent via email.
